If you still need support after a project has been concluded and your blomesystem® application went productive, it is recommended to conclude a support contract, i.e. software maintenance contract. Software maintenance includes the service, upgrades and if needed, also hotline.
An update improves the installed software and is provided as a patch. Updates rarely include new functions, and if, these are not crucial for the system. For new important functions we have to install an upgrade. New versions are available after release and can also be requested.
